This is my experience in booking service, in my case I was booking to regular service on my car in Auto 2000 Pramuka, from my experience for the last 6 years, booking in advance will give you benefit:
- time schedule
- spare part, if you service for regular service, like engine oil, transmission oil, or fuel filter
- you don’t have to come early, because you already book the time when your car will be service
I always do booking service 1 day before, this is their regulation, you can’t book on the same day, so I already prepare my time for tomorrow service.
On the D day, you come, take queue number, waiting until your turn, report if there is complaint and wait until your car is finish
