The Levina 1 ferry which travel Jakarta – bangka has burned down on friday 23th february 2007, about 21 people died in this accident. The cause of fire maybe come from truck loaded of chemical material. It only take several minutes to burn the garage of cars until it spread to passenger deck.
On Sunday, the ship brought down close to Tanjung Priok harbor, and some people from KNKT and new Reporter go up to the ship. Tragically the ship start to sink down in very fast, theres 10 person on that ship and 2 of them are died.
