Trust

|

In life we should always be upgraded, the upgrade patience, knowledge upgrade, the upgrade of our lives to be better.
Starting from where? start by upgrading to a trusty used to increase confidence in the laptop

root@Prakarsa:~# lsb_release -a
LSB Version: core-2.0-amd64:core-2.0-noarch:core-3.0-amd64:core-3.0-noarch:core-3.1-amd64:core-3.1-noarch:core-3.2-amd64:core-3.2-noarch:core-4.0-amd64:core-4.0-noarch
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Release: 14.04
Codename: trusty

Well apparently, doing upgrade from 12.04 to 14.04 is easy as lemon squeeze, just do this command as root

update-manager-d

and follow the button that appear and click upgrade, while on process there’s pop up window that ask you if you want to keep your configuration or replace with the new one, I always choose replace, if after upgrade there’s a problem  the debug later :D
